Canberra Invitation Round for September 2023

The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) allocates a set number of nomination places each month, distributed proportionally against the annual allocation. Applicants with the highest Matrix scores in each occupation are invited to apply for ACT nomination. The selection cutoff depends on various factors, including the remaining monthly allocation, the timestamp of Matrix submission, occupation caps, and demand. Occupations with higher demand have higher-ranking Matrix scores invited.

It’s important to note that the minimum ranking score serves as an indication and does not guarantee an invitation. Invitations will not be issued if you already have an active application in the system or if you have previously received ACT nomination.

Requests for ranking information will not be entertained. Invitations are not assured, and inquiries about ranking or the likelihood of receiving an invitation will not receive responses. The Matrix prioritization and invitation process do not take personal circumstances into account, such as visa expiration dates or changes in personal situations, including significant birthdays.
